Added the Button "Pause Refresh" under Actions

With this function the refresh of all AgendaSlides can be paused. This increases the performance during creating the AgendaSlides. After turning off pause all slides will be updated.

You can now create Sub AgendaPoints - for one level.

Duration calculation: you can define if the sum of the Sub AgendaPoints durations should be set to the main AgendaPoint of duration of Main AgendaPoint and Sub AgendaPoint should be cummulated.

AgendaSlide Settings - Number of AgendaSlides per slide

With this setting you can define for ToC and AgendaSlides how many AgendaPoints will be shown.

ToC will be splited into multiple slides whereas AgendaSlides will show only a part of the whole content on one single slide.

ToC can be set to optimal distribution - in case of 8 AgendaPoints per slide and you have 9, then by activating this function AgendaMaster will split them into 5 on first and 4 on second slide instead of 8 on first and only 1 on second slide.

This will check if your template is consistent. If not under Presentation settings - Columns information about missing objects will be displayed

Presentation settings - Columns

If a shape is missing in the Master, then the corresponding CheckBox gets a red Background.

Also the information text has changed from "not available" to "missing". The overall description has also changed.

If a shape is missing the checkbox will be disabled and not checked. After adjusting the template the "Check template" can be executed to see if everything is fine.

Description is now shown with all checkboxes - but those are disabled because the description cannot be hidden.

Some performance improvements have been made to make the creation of many AgendaSlides faster. Not only the Pause function has been included but also some logic has been changed.

AgendaMaster Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint (TM) enables you to create agenda slides without loosing time to adjust them when you change the content, delete agenda points or move them around.

You can test the full functionality and compatibility (see the Requirements) by first using the Trial license (installed as default) before you buy either a Light or Pro version. The overview about functions and license type is available in License Overview. You may also check the Change- and Releaseinformation first.

End-User License Agreement for AgendaMaster Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint

IMPORTANT:

PLEASE READ THE "Terms and Conditions (EULA)" OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALLATION:

AgendaMaster (Software Product) is developed by Happy PC. AgendaMaster End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single Entity) and Happy PC. For the Happy PC software product(s) identified above (AgendaMaster) which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCTS"). By installing, coping, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, you agree to be bound by the Terms of this EULA. This lecense agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and Happy PC (referred to as "LICENSER"), and it supersedes any prio proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the Terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are lcensed, not sold.

 

1. GRANT OF LCENSE.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are licensed as follows:

(a) Installation and Use.

Happy PC grants you the right to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS on your computer running a valid licensed copy of the operation system ("OS") for which the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS were designed [e.g. Microsoft Windows 10] and a valid licensed copy of the host application ("APPLICATION") [e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint 2016].

(b) Backup Copies.

You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

(c) Duration.

The license is given as a subscription and is valid for one (1) year. The license can be renewed by buying the license fee again. Without renewing the subscription period the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS may not be used anymore.

(d) License Fee.

The yearly license fee may change after a subscription phase. 

(e) License Functionality.

Depending on the license type (see License Overview) functionalities are activated or not available.

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

(a) Maintenance Of Copyright Notices. 

You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

(b) Distribution.

You may not distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS to third parties.

(c) Prohibition On Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, except and only to the extend that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

(d) Rental.

You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

(e) Support Services.

Happy PC may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ("SUPPORT SERVICES"). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the SUPPORT SERVICES shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and subject to the Terms and conditions of this EULA.

(f) Updates.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS periodically checks for updates from Happy PC. Such updates could be downloaded and installed automatically. By accepting this agreement, you agree to:

  • receive messages in the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS about update information.
  • receive These types of automatic updates without any additional notice.

(g) Data Collection.

You agree that Happy PC collect, use, store and transmit technical and related information that identifies your computer (including CPU ID,  OS, APPLICATION, Internet Protocol Address), license information, email address, application usage and error reports that may be gathered to facillitate the provision of software updates, dynamically served content, product support and other services to you, including online services.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT Happy PC TO COLLECT, USE, STORE, TRANSMIT OR DISPLAY THE DATA DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

(h) Compliance With Applicable Laws.

You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

3. TERMINATION.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Happy PC may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the Terms and conditions of this EULA. In such Event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS in your possession.

4. COPYRIGHT.

All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and any copies thereof are owned by Happy PC or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Happy PC.

5. NO WARRANTIES.

Happy PC expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are provided "As Is" without any express or implied warranty of any Kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfriengement, or fitness of a particular purpose. Happy PC does not warrant or assume responsibillity for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained withhin or created by the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. Happy PC makes no warranties respecting any harm that may caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb or other such computer program. Happy PC makes not warranties respecting any data loss by using the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. Happy PC further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

In no Event shall Happy PC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of "Authorized Users" use of or inabillity to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, even if Happy PC has been advised of the possibillity of such damages. In no Event will Happy PC be liable for loss of data or for indirect, Special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. Happy PC shall have no liability with respect to the content of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS or any part thereof, including but not limited to Errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of Publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.

7. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW.

Jurisdiction and applicable law is Switzerland, Zürich.

AgendaMaster Requirements

AgendaMaster is designed for Microsoft PowerPoint on Windows OS. All tests have been done so fare with Microsoft Windows 10 (for OS) and Microsoft PowerPoint 2016.

    • 2013 (it may work with some limitations and graphic issues)
    • Office 365 licensing is comopatible as long as you have installed them locally on your computer. AgendaMaster is only available in PowerPoint (TM) for local use and not in any Web Application.
  • Microsoft .NET
    • .Net 4.6.1 or higher should be used
  • Hardware
    • No known special requirements so fare
